Your data

Privacy policy.

This policy explains how we handle personal information on First Call Defense. Last updated: October 2026.

1. Who we are

Omnilex AG, Limmatstrasse 65, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland, operates this website. Privacy questions and requests: privacy@omnilex.ai.

2. What we collect and why

Through the request form we collect the topic you choose, the state you live in, your name, email address, optional phone number, an optional deadline or court date and any short description you give. We use it to handle your request, contact you, arrange a first call and connect you with an independent attorney. We also collect technical and usage data described below.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver license or other ID numbers, health records or detailed information about other people through the form.

3. Who receives it

Your request is sent encrypted to our intake team by the email service Resend and shared with the independent attorney who may take on your matter. Our service providers are Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Google Fonts (fonts), PostHog (usage analysis, EU hosting), Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (ad measurement). Advertising networks only learn that a request was received, with an anonymous reference; they never receive your contact details or your description.

4. Advertising and analytics

If you arrive through an ad, we store campaign parameters and click IDs in your browser's session storage and send them with your request so we can see which ad led to it. PostHog records page views, clicks, loading times, steps in the form and session recordings with form entries masked. Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising set cookies to attribute ad clicks. Personalized advertising is disabled at Google.

5. Sale and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, except that ad networks measure ad clicks as described above. You can opt out of that measurement by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser or by emailing privacy@omnilex.ai; we honor these signals.

6. Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to access it; to correct it; to delete it; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to opt out of sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, email privacy@omnilex.ai. We verify requests using your email address and may ask an authorized agent for proof of authorization.

7. Retention

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up with an attorney, and to meet legal obligations, and then delete it. Analytics data is kept for up to one year.

8. International transfers

Omnilex AG is based in Switzerland and our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and Switzerland, with appropriate safeguards.

9. Changes

We will post any changes on this page. See also our terms of use and disclaimer.
